Services 1. Apartment Homes

Here is a condensed list of services we offer for Studios-3 bedroom Apts:

 

Kitchen: Sweep & Moping of floors, clean counter-tops, exterior of appliances(fridge, stove, microwave), dusting cabinets, vacuum kitchen mats, polish stainless steel fixtures, dusting of kitchen decoration, front load dishwasher & empty trash. Handwashing of Dishes optional.

 

Bedrooms: Vacuuming, change linens(if available), dusting & laundry if requested in advance.

 

Bathrooms: Sweep & Moping of floors, clean toliet, shower, sink, polish bath fixtures, dust counter top products, mirrors, empty trash & deodorize area.

 

Common Area: Sweep and/or Vaccuum, dust furniture & electronics, empty trash and deodorize area.

Services 2. Commercial & Office Spaces:

 

Although your cleaning needs will vary based off of budget and office sizes, here is a general outlook of what to expect:

 

1. Remove trash from all areas and replace bin liners as required

2. Vacuum all floors.

3. Spot clean all glass.

4. Thoroughly clean and sanitise all toilets.

5. Sweep and mop common walking areas.
